We have built out retail food service, including a smoothie shop. For Paulding County we built a new concession and restroom building at Union Park in Temple from the ground up and handed it over with its certificate of occupancy, under payment and performance bonds.
The counter is the job
At the Falcon Field terminal we relocated and rebuilt the service desk every customer walks up to, set to follow the curve of the room and built at standing height, with a glass front display case in front of it and a full height storage cabinet behind it. We also built a hard-lined coffee station with cabinetry, backsplash and countertop, and a counter run along the window wall. That is the same work a retail counter is.
We can build it while you stay open
The terminal at Falcon Field never closed while its floor plan changed. If your lease means you cannot go dark, say so at the first meeting and we will price the phasing instead of discovering it later.
