A hospitality wing that stayed in service
We remodeled the hospitality wing at the Roosevelt Warm Springs campus, carrying mechanical, plumbing and interior renovation work while the campus stayed in service. Nobody moved out for us.
Food service and the guest-facing finishes
We have built out retail food service, including a smoothie shop, and at the Falcon Field terminal we built a hard-lined coffee station with cabinetry, backsplash and countertop, a break area with a sit-stand island and a counter along the windows, and stainless countertops where they take abuse.
Restrooms, to ADA, handed back the same day
At Falcon Field the public restroom vanities were removed and replaced with ADA compliant units and the doors refinished, in a building that stayed open. At New Riverlands Park we built an ADA restroom building and ADA parking.
