Most of our commercial work happens in occupied buildings
The Fixed Base Operator terminal at Falcon Field stayed open to pilots and airport staff while its floor plan changed around them. The hospitality wing at the Roosevelt Warm Springs campus was remodeled while the campus stayed in service. That means barricades that actually hold, a clean path for the people using the building, and public restrooms handed back the same day the fixtures change.
Insurance and agreements before the first day, every time
A current certificate of insurance, a W9 and a signed agreement are collected and checked before a trade contractor works on your project. This is the single most common corner cut in this industry and it is the one that lands on the owner.
Compliance on public and bonded work
On public bids we file the contractor and noncollusion affidavits Georgia requires, and we have furnished payment and performance bonds on county construction. Work is carried through inspection to the certificate of occupancy, with the records kept in the job file.
One year workmanship warranty
Our work carries a one year workmanship warranty. If something we built is not right, call the number on this page.
