Public owners, on public bids

We have built for an airport authority, a Georgia state agency campus, a national land trust, and county parks departments. The terminal rehabilitation at Atlanta Regional Airport, Falcon Field, was won on a sealed public bid, opened and read publicly with the totals posted by the Authority.

More than one site under one contract

The Camp and Paddle work covered two separate parks on a single contract, Campbellton Park in Palmetto and New Riverlands Park in Fairburn, each with its own access, its own inspections and its own schedule.

Structure and envelope, not only finishes

At Falcon Field we removed walls, added walls, relocated one, and cut five new windows into the masonry envelope of an occupied building, matched to the existing style and color. On the river trail work we set a puncheon bridge and built ADA access down to the Chattahoochee for the Trust for Public Land.

Bonded, and accountable in writing

We have furnished payment and performance bonds on county construction and carried jobs through to the certificate of occupancy. The scope names its exclusions and allowances up front, which is why the change orders stay small.
